[svlug] .dat and Outlook users...

For those of us that are using Outlook or a derivitive thereof, and also
lucky enough to be using procmail for mail filtering this little recepie
might be of use to allow you to see email from people who, instead of
helping people would rather hinder them and use "tricks" to hide their email
from said users...
