Hmm, I think I know those guys. Met them long time ago at one of the TLG
meetings up in SF.

Ah yes, tariff pricing is a strange creature. It's good and bad.
I had ISDN before changing to aDSL. Tried to order cable modem from ATT
but was told that they are not taking new orders at this time (in Sunnyvale).
Currently using PBI, will be installing an additional aDSL from Rhythm.
