True, but as you say, the problem isn't MAPI, it's the auto running. Not
only that, but the users in part are to blame. I would guess that at
most companies where email is used, people tend to keep all their 
contacts in the outlook address book (assuming they use outlook) so if
the person wants to exploit this aspect, they have a whole bunch of
addresses to exploit. Companies should have strict email usage policies
in place -- where they don't, much the worse, since those people the
employees share their jokes with are going to be hit with the virus
as well.
