	It wasn't so bad. Remember this was the era of closed source, 
closed computer
	room, closed everything and batch processing to boot. Got 
pissed off at the MIS
	dept many years ago and far away, bought Gary Brown's OS360 
JCL book and
	went to town. I got what I needed done, other engineers were 
able to reuse what I
	had done ( and documented ) and MIS stewed in their own juices.
