[svlug] list should be working again now

The list was down for a couple of days, I was trying to fix the problem with
digests not being sent and it broke the list instead :-(

I fixed the list and I believe I also found the problem with digests.

Sorry about the slow response, I'm just trying to help the real svlug admin,
Michael, out, but it turns out I'm just as busy as he is...
