No, it means that certain specific Java applications (really benchmarks)
using a huge number of threads but doing relatively little real work are
not going to be as fast as on Linux. As for whether threaded
applications are going to be slower on Linux generally, that's possible,
but not demonstrated by the evidence presented here.
