Well actually, I take it back. Mozilla wasn't so bloated when the
source came out. At the time, I was shocked because my 8 MB tar.gz
turned into 45 MB tar, turned into 200 MB+ of workspace (source,
.o files, libraries, etc.) But in the end, the real executable
was about 10MB. (My numbers may be slightly off.) The workspace
was bloated, but the executable apparantly was not.
StarOffice... well... I'm amazed what that consumes of my laptop.
But it has been handy for opening up Word and PowerPoint files.
My point was going to be, if you thought Mozilla was bloated (which
I thought at first), then StarOffice is a monster. But Mozilla,
on hindsight, isn't so bad. (But still, I hate to think what the size
of the StarOffice build workspace must be.)
