[svlug] StarOFfice to be GPL'd, integrated with Gnome

It is NOT about choice when StarOffice links to a crappy desktop
environment. Judging from StarOffice's current state, requiring GNOME and
actually using GNOME stuff is the only way they can make it suck more.
