[svlug] VA Linux Mirror

IIRC, what has happened is that sourceforge's mirror was told by the
RedHat server, "Delete everything you have".  Of course, the VA mirror
of sourceforge did the same thing upon update from sourceforge.

Someone from our servers team will correct this, no doubt, and they do
know more about this than I do.
