[svlug] Browser proxy/cache/history server?

I recall seeing this recently but am now unable to find it.  The
basic idea, much like IBM Alphaworks's WBI, is a cacheing proxy that
records the URLs one views, as well as the context in which one
viewed them (referrer tags etc), and thus presented a persistent
contextual history of your web travels.  Unlike WBI tho it didn't
offer search of your viewed pages (a damnably useful feature).

Problem is now I can't find it.  Anybody seen aything like this?
