The Chinese are in a such a hurry to get into space that they have
used discarded Soyuz launchers and, lacking a cadre of space-ready
astronuts they are using ready made cosmos from the former Soviet 
Republic of Gookistan.

This low budget space race that will no doubt someday bury the fault 
line in space debris is paid for by your generous contributions to 
no-name computer cards for the last fifteen years. Seems the only
domestic computer stuff is made by ATI.

Who cares how long sig files are? Why don't you outlaw all HTML pages
longer than say 50 kilobytes?
