Thanks for all the comments, I will see what I can use. 

But one comment to the fwtk-toolkit :

What kind of license is this ??? You first have to download a License-file, you have to aggree to it by sending an email with the word 'aggree', and they send you back an URL where to download this toolkit ???

Very strange ... is there a name for this kind of license (I would call it 'too annoying to consider downloading the tool' - license :-)
