[svlug] need a procmail recipie

unfortunately, I have to belong to these two groups because there is no
other source of info or groups to belong to. It's kind of the unofficial,
official group. Even the companies for the products are on the groups. I've
offered many times to host the lists myself if people wanted to move to it,
but everyone is sorta set in their ways. So, whatever, I got a working
recipe and life is grand again... ;-)
