Do you need a real app, or do you just want port forwarding?  
If the former, use "redirect" (do a search on google or
freshmeat).  If all you want is port forwarding, set up the
ipchains rules to do it.  The IPChains-HOWTO has examples, and I
can vouch that it works GREAT.  Beware of the security
implications thogh.
