[svlug] Dialup Script

Hi

With some issues around dial on demand, I would like to move to a script
(prefabally on a web server), that the users will go to a local intranet,
select dialup, the machine will connect and they will then be able to browse
the web. Also I would like to initiate, a fetchmail request script
(fetchmail runs as a cron job, but users may want to force a check there and
then)

Lastly, how can I setup sendmail to work internally, but only sendmail out
at specific times, also calling a dialup (pppup) script.
