[svlug] Apache and NIS

Hey all:

I've got NIS set up and working on our internal network.

I'm trying to get Apache 1.3.12 to run under a user who's information
comes from NIS; however, whenever I start up Apache, it refuses to listen
to the configuration file, and instead switches to a uid of 'nobody.'

Has anyone seen this before and/or know a way around it? Does this have
something to do with Apache, or is it a libc thing?
