  but it's still a side issue. maybe 'anything to do' is too strong
phrase for it... but copyright violation is violation even if violator
doesn't make money on it. if it looks like a fair use, the
'non-profitness' might add weight to that argument... so the statement
that as long as it's non-profit it's ok is false, that's what I was
trying to express...
