[svlug] How to change root directory from hdc9 to hda9?

hi ya sean...

yes to rays instructions....and than....for just in case...
try copying the kernel to a floppy too....
- you'd probably get a kernel panic since that kernel thinks
  you are still at hdc....
	dd if=/mnt/boot/<your_kernel> of=/dev/fdo
	rdev /dev/fd0 /dev/hda

if normal boot doesnt work....try the above boot floppy...

if that doesnt work....try a different kernel..and or re-run
lio with the proper parameters loaded ( messy )

-- hope you have all your data saved off on a different disk ??
