[svlug] Parametric modeling

Does any one know of any Parametric CAD modeller that is GPL?

    I found Varkon <www.varkon.com>, and they say their program is "free"
for linux users, but I can't find a lisence to find their definition of
"free".

    Then there's BRL-CAD which is from our (USA) military and the'll give
you the source, but you have to sign what appears to be a NDA first.

    Does anyone have any experience with any of these programs or any
other GPL parametric CAD modeller. I need to find something ASAP.
