I don't see that's what he said. What he said was "I deliberately didn't
respond to those points."

Silly me, I thought that was good etiquette -- rather than try to respond
to *everything*, respond only to that which you really have something you
care to say.

I never heard anywhere that a distro MUST include other things to be
"Linux" -- where's the standards document for that?
