Being a firm believer in the power of education, I'm now getting around
to answering Rob Walker's (implied) question from yesterday morning.  
He wrote:

A brief review of the archive at http://egroups.com/list/svlug/ 
reveals that both of those posts were attempts to hand the original 
poster, one Mr. Charlie Lehardy, a clue as to why his inquiry was a 
very bad idea.  The first of the two also had a list of links where 
he might research the question for himself.
