yup... lots of *forecasting* bean counters"...but still need to
find a good way to sell/distribute linux boxes to the SOHO...
though I preferr small offices over SOHO...and large corp usually
have their own people....but they all still need to buy the linux
box somewhere....from "us" ???

yeah...but am sure, that someone will write a linux version of
power point, and other silly apps to be backward compatible with MS
In the meantime, someone, must create and build the distribution,
sales and support market...

yup 15M * $2K/machine --> $ 300 billion market..
and even at the very silly 10% of purchase price for support...
that's a good figure.... so who can we talk to to sell linux boxes
by the *pallets*.... not one-z two-z...
- yes...looking to see who will become the Computer Associates
- of the linux world...
If we use 10% of a $50 linux cd...we will go belly up !!!
but...I claim, that each *bunch* of machines should be self
supporting in terms of costs and support... percentage and statistics
of who will need more help/support than others...and whom are
willing to pay more for it
and support/admin on their machines should be automated by cron jobs !!!
c ya
