This is almost an all too slick move for Intel...  Wouldn't you think
Intel should align itself with Linux for at least two reasons: 

1) Don't HAVE to go to MS.  Hence, MS can't push Intel around if there's
another player out there.

2) Get all the larger corporations to abandon Solaris, HPux, AIX...etc,
and suddenly, Sun, HP, IBM etc have no market for their chips.  Hence,
Intel wins.
