Software developers write tools to make tools. Like development
and documentation environments, and libraries for libraries. Frameworks
for frameworks for applications. Many layers of abstraction. On a
Macintosh, a child could spend a week learning how to use drag-and-drop to
assemble a speaking, moving-playing, hypermedia, 3D, musical text editor.
So what has been done to make it so that we don't have to be a 2nd
year law student in order to interpret the Constitution? Does anyone have
URL's? Perhaps that should be on the bottom of every Linux/GNU/Open
Source page.
How about logos? Such as Tux dressed up as Ben Franklin, flying a
kite, writing with a quill, reading the Constitution, and other nonviolent
American acts? ;)

Hehehhe! D0h! What about boxes that are dressed up like NT?
That way, Microsoft can't complain about, or financially benefit from,
anything. And what's up with this Macro$haft crap? Let's head on over to
Apple, Sun, Netscape^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H, and IBM? :)
WOW, what would happen if, rather than dressing up like some
stupid goofy animal or pseudo-religious figure or other blasphemy, if our
GNU/Linux/Open Source public speakers dressed up like William Shakespeare,
Thomas Jefferson, Ghandi, Mother Theresa, and friends? I'm not sure if
Robin Hood is quite right, because we're not stealing from anyone, no
matter what the Robber Barons of Sherwood Forest say ;)
