Not at all. They have the position to act as rather prolific
distributiors of Linux if they should choose to do so. If they bundle
everything available, and include the source code, we could not stop them.
After all, Red Hat is already selling it for $50, Caldera is selling it
for even more. So...
In fact, all it would take for them to do a really bang up job of
stealing Linux's thunder, is to add a real Windows emulator to the
package.
