Having done a bunch of these myself, I second these instructions. But one
additional detail: often, the mb and the case have holes that don't align.
In every instance where I've done it, though, there is a subset of holes on
the mb that match the slide-in holders for the plastic feet on the case,
plus 1 or 2 more that match locations where what Chris calls "stand off
screws" (is that their name? they look like the things that RS-232 cable
screws attach to, only they're a bit smaller) can be installed on the case.
Typically, I end u with 4 or 5 plastic feet and 1 or 2 screws. All these
parts are usually packaged with the case, BTW, along with a baggie of screws.

Also with tower cases, the base piece that the mb attaches to usually can be
removed from the case pretty easily (and needs to be if you want to install
drives properly). I find it easiest to remove the base piece, attach the mb
to the base piece, install all the drives where I want them, then reinstall
the base piece in the case ... but tastes may vary here.
