Sounds a little tight to me, I'm running with 128 just to feel basic
comfort, and sometimes wished I has more, but 32?? You'll be swapping like
a madman ;-)

Make sure it is supported by some X server...(and 2 megs wouldn't hurt,
it'll probabely come by useful later).

I gather this is an on-line auction...I wouldn't buy a notebook from an
on-line auction...but then again, some of us like living on the edge :-)

I once bought an AT&T answearing machine from OnSale, and this is as far
as I'll go.
