[svlug] Some rpm missing for perl module compile

I'm trying to install the DBI module so that I can have perl talk to MySql.
When I run make I'm getting the following errors:

/usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/5.00404/CORE/perl.h:192: ctype.h: No such file or
directory.
/usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/5.00404/CORE/perl.h:200: locale.h: No such file
or directory.
/usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/5.00404/CORE/perl.h:217: setjmp.h: No such file
or directory.

On my workstation this "make" works file, but on my production server,
which has alot fewer RPMS installed I'm getting these errors. Obviously
I've got some RPM package missing. Does anyone know which it is, or how I
can track down which package(s) I need to install?
