[svlug] Prob w/SUSE Install (BIOS?)

I had the same problem than you have before (Pentium 133Mhz, WD 4.3GB HD,
S3 Virge DX/GX 86C375 chip set video card, and BIOS Award 4.5.1).  You need
to check:

1. Hard disk configuration should be set to 'Normal' (From Standard CMOS
SETUP menu)
2. Suse's boot partition should be inside the 1024 cylinder.
3. For installation purpose, I setup the BIOS to boot from a CD-ROM (BIOS
features setup).  4. After I finished the installation, I changed the boot
sequence back to A, C, SCSI.

I'm not an expert on Linux, but I hope this will help...
I can't setup my PPP connection on my Linux box, so I use my Win* box for
my e-mail. Sorry.
