A friend has a P133 w/ 16 mb of RAM. 850 mb of hard disk space in linux
native..30mb for swap...
It boots up to the setup program with no problem (Debian 2.0) but it will
stall during the instilation...sometimes when it is done initilizing the
swap partition...sometimes after initilizing the destination
partition...sometimes it even stalls right at the begining when it says
scanning on what to do next...right before it gets to the part where you
select your keyboard..I tried Redhat but it did not like his
cdrom...ussually it would not find it ...when it did it would crash during
the middle of the installation giving some error about the cdrom...any
suggestions...I tried to get the boot log for you but it stalls each time I
try to mount /dev/fd0...

p.s. is there a program in linux that makes diskcopies? my school admin
runs linux on a server...he was bagering me about how DOS can make a simple
diskcopy just by typing diskcopy a: a: and linux "supposedly the wonderful
and powerful OS" cant even do it...I would really like to know the command
so i can shove it in his face..anyone know?
