[svlug] libstdc++.so.2.8 help...

I was trying to install qt and received this error:

rpm -i qt-1.41-1rh51.i386.rpm
failed dependencies:
        libstdc++.so.2.8 is needed by qt-1.41-1rh51

I'm running RH 5.1.  I've looked around for this library and couldn't find
a place to download.  Can someone help me?  I'm pretty new at all this
stuff.  Can I get it in rpm format?  If not, after I download it, what do
I need to do?
