More news on this egregious abuse: I just talked (as politely as
possible) with John at Fast Internet Service (fastinet.net) which does
their DNS, and he says that www.cyber-webcom.com is physically located
at Fast Internet, and that the owner, Steve Powell, had promised not
to spam from that server.  Steve Powell (800-306-4045) is listed as
all 4 kinds of contact for cyber-webcom.com in whois.

John said he would pull the plug on www.cyber-webcom.com if I sent him
the headers.  Just did so.  (Earlier mail on which I copied
abuse at fastinet.net went unanswered.)

This guy isn't running sendmail -- he's using dedicated spam software
for Microsoft Windows.
