This is the only libc list that I'm on. It's primarily release
announcements and bug reports. Most of the time, some brief discussion
follows a bug report. What I have not seen this list do much of, is
general libc discussion, be it design, or whatever else. It's fairly low
volume. In effect, it's a release feedback list (IMHO).
