[svlug] Problem with Redhat Linux 5.2

I head so many good sthings about 5.2 so I gave it a shot....

It works.... But I still have one problem....

After I get out of the X server the console is all messed up and I have
to re-boot to fix it....

Any Suggestions? I have a S3 Virge Chipset...

P.S.
What are the cards that work best in linux... S3? Trident?
