[svlug] Possible specs for system. please review them

Looks pretty good, indeed -- as far as it goes.   

Of course, I was not speaking _to Scott_, but rather to the entire SVLUG 
community.  This is a point that eludes some people:  None of us is here 
to do unpaid private technical support for strangers.  We're here 
participating in a _community_.  Speaking for myself, I tackle people's
posted technical problems largely because (and if) I think numerous 
readers will benefit.
