[I notice that someone has added Cringely to our Cc: list without
mentioning having done so. Hi there!]

[much about coverage of Linux that should have existed, but didn't]
The question was whether local Linux users have any particular
reason to show up and watch the broadcast of Cringely's PBS show.
I simply haven't heard an answer (not counting "an AIP member wants
a large turnout for his group").
Not to mention the boneheaded choice of airing dates. I admire Cringely
greatly, but: Miss the concluding episode of B5, after five years of
anticipation? I really don't think so.

Cheers, (The cynics among us might say: "We laugh,
Rick Moen monkeyboys -- Linux IS the mainstream UNIX now!
rick (at) hugin.imat.com MuaHaHaHa!" but that would be rude. -- Jim Dennis
