If you're talking about a dedicated PPP link just for this IPX traffic,
realize that you can run IPX over PPP just like you can run IP over
PPP.  There's an IPX routing daemon for Linux that you'll need to run
on the two ends of the point-to-point link.

I think there is also an IPX tunneling daemon out there somewhere that 
may work.  If you have trouble finding it, let me know, and I'll see 
what I have.

I also might recommend that you look into setting up the NetWare servers
to do the tunneling into IP part and then setting up the Linux machines to
do the routing the IP between the two sites part.
