hi ya ray

nothng in particular other than standard questions...

make sure the IDs are different
make sure you have it terminated at the "end" of the chain...
make sure the devices in between are NOT terminated

make sure you are NOT using any (worthless) 68pin-50pin scsi converters...
make sure it is all scsi-2 or scsi-3 devices
don't mix the devices...cause the slow guy will always be saying
"what what what" and never understanding and holding things up

does the system work properly without the HP SureStore ?
does the HP SureStore work in other scsi systems ?

make sure == check the painful manuals and jumpers,
== carefully check the display on the screens for itty-bitty details

have fun
