Well, I'm going to be neutral on whether another list is needed for any
topic. But let's make sure to separate some issues from the start...

Linux advocacy does not usually mean Microsoft-bashing. I think the
monthly Installfests (i.e. this coming Saturday) are a far more potent form
of Linux advocacy than the occasional pick-on-MS stunt.

And though I know you're joking about the "burn down" remark, I really don't
want us to even joke about damaging their property. That would probably just
make us look like extremists. At worst it would put their lawyers on the
defensive. Not good.

On the other hand, even though we met and liked some of their people at the
SV Tea Party, I don't want to sound too chummy with MS. (After all, I was
the one who did the "Launch Win98 on a Rocket" back in June. I think I've
got a history of clean, civilized humor when I pick on the MS monopoly.)
After stuff like MS's Halloween Documents, there's little doubt why so
many Linux enthusiasts from all over the Bay Area jumped on the chance to
participate in the SV Tea Party. Some would have been there anyway but
others needed to vent.
