hi all you scholarly chemcial types out in linux-land

anybody know of any free/university/research lab sw
for simulating radition and chemical reactions
for the medical/pharmasuetical(sp?) industry ??
	- ( "atom" exists, any others ? )

-- running on linux of course...want to try to
-- get my paws building a linux cluster for it
