[svlug] postscript question

I have created a rather large picture using xfig and want to print it out
at full scale - 25"x27".  The postscript file is for an E size piece of
paper, but I don't have a printer that can do this.

I was wondering is any one knows of an easy way to split the ps file into
multiple files (pages), so I can paste the letter sized pieces together
into the full drawing. Can this be done from the command line and/or
directly from xfig?
