[svlug] NewHoo, joining Netscape, becomming open!

The community edited NewHoo directory is doing what the open source
community has been asking for, they are opening up their data and joining
with Netscape to become directory.mozilla.org.  Basically, now instead of
them hording all the community edited data, anyone can grab a copy of the
directory and use it on their own systems. Very cool!
