[svlug] fileutils-4.0

Hello,

A quick heads up to anyone who may install fileutils-4.0 over Red Hat rpms...
when you uninstall fileutils ('rpm -e --nodeps fileutils'), it takes 'install'
with it, making a 'make install' immediately broken. Use fileutils-4.0/src/ln
to create a symbolic link from fileutils-4.0/src/ginstall (yes, that's a 'g')
to /usr/bin/install to get around this, then delete the link with the newly
installed 'rm'.

No longer panic'ed,
