As I said, 2.1.125 never did it, no previous kernel ever did it, just .127
and .128. I will test .129 now.

Anyone running a devel kernel with <64MB?

Ok, you have big RAM and SCSI disk. I am now interested in little RAM with
IDE disk.

I do not have APM support enabled. Also, the kernel does not stop ... I
can ping, whatever. Any program loaded and running is responsive. If you
try to start a new program or issue a command at a shell prompt, it takes
forever for the program to start or command to complete.

Example: I could have knews up and I can read news just fine. If I go to a
command prompt and issue an uptime command, it can take 10 minutes to
respond. In the meantime, there is no disk activity or anything.
