[svlug] student chapters of SVLUG?

Usually a school club has a faculty advisor.  The amount of supervision
and guidance they get depends on the initiative of the students and the
personality of the advisor.

I wanted to keep the requirements minimal (i.e. some monthly Linux-related
event) to give the students a chance to pick what to do.  I'm also watching
for responses from high school and junior college students who are SVLUG
members...
