[svlug] filter-rules

Howdy,
 I'm _brand_ new to this list and feeling a bit overwhelmed with the traffic
that comes from it. i'd love to read all the messages but they are kinda
cluttering up my inbox. the machine that I'm on doesn't have the right man
page for elm filter so if someone already happens to have a filter-rules file
sitting in their ~/.elm directory for filtering svlug mail I'd appreciate a
copy. 

oh, and I tried the obvious:

if (to = "svlug at svlug.org") then
save yada yada yada

but i think it's clear that a lot of messages slip through that rule.
