[svlug] Dial In PPP

This question comes up from time to time on the list, and unfortunately I
don't know of a good source of info (except insofar as the PPP HowTo
provides help).

Separately, I'm sending you a private message that repeats the response I
gave on the list to this question the last time it came up. While not
perfect and not specific to Red Hat, it should help you to understand the
very fundamental disfferences between a PPP server and a PPP client.
