[svlug] SVLUG newgroup?

I agree with you on the signal-to-noise ratio of newsgroups. 
Newsgroups have some pretty neat features, but with the SPAM problem 
I can understand why SVLUG doesn't have a newsgroup.

Btw, any suggestions on a 'nifty' X-windowish method of managing the 
mailing lists I subscribe to (please don't mention procmail, pine, 
etc.)
