So here are the options (as I see them) for installing Linux initially:

1.  Install via FTP, if the boot kernel I'm using supports my PC Ethernet
card (which I think it does).

2.  Install via NFS (this would be great!)

I can do the first one, and I can dream of doing the second...see you at the
next installfest!  By the way...is the next installfest 11/22 or is there a
scheduled SVLUG one?
