[svlug] order of message recript (was: MICROSOFT ACQUIRES ...)

I've also been getting svlug messages in odd order today -- seeing replies
as much as a half hour before I see the messages they are replying to. And
please note this has nothing to do with Reply-to:, since I am not the author
of any of the messages that are arriving here way out of order.

Until I saw your query, Ze'ev, I had assumed it was a problem with my ISP,
which seems to be asleep at the wheel today (I only started receiving mail
at all today around noon). Looking at the Received: headers makes me think
this is correct, that the order is being messed up locally (by my ISP) due
to congestion or some system failure. You may be experiencing the same
thing, Ze'ev. As best as I can tell, it isn't a problem with the list.
